Charming Home
We loved coming back after an activity-filled day and playing card games in the living room. Not only was breakfast delicious each day, but we also loved chatting with other guests and our hosts, plus watching the birds at the feeders in the backyard. Jamie and Dan are outstanding hosts!

A small BB in a period building, exactly how we like it. Warm and welcoming environment and kind and friendly hosts. Comfortable, quiet room, we slept beautifully. Hearty breakfast, consumed together with other guests allowed pleasant conversations.

The breakfast was excellent and well presented. The bed and bedding were very comfortable as were the bath towels. The Butler House made for a comfortable community feeling both with the owners and other patrons.

A Stunning American Foursquare Home
Escape from the ordinary and discover the spectacular scenery and extraordinary atmosphere of Niagara Falls and the surrounding area by staying at the Butler House Bed & Breakfast. Nestled in the Park Place Historic District, a residential neighborhood walking distance from Niagara Falls, our guests have the dedicated use of the parlor room and front porch where you can relax and enjoy the quiet mornings and cool evening breeze off the Niagara River. The house is equipped with high speed internet throughout, and each of the four guest rooms comes with a private bathroom, individual climate control, sitting area, and HDTV with streaming services. We are an adult only, non-smoking, and no-pets-allowed facility for the comfort of all our guests. If a family or group reserve all four rooms (house) children are welcome.
The Perfect Location
You could not situate yourself in a better location than the Butler House to experience Niagara Falls. Located next to Niagara Falls State Park and one mile from the Rainbow International Bridge to Canada, you are walking distance from most of the local attractions including Maid of the Mist Boat Tours, Cave of the Winds, Niagara SkyWheel, and local casinos. If you want to explore outside the city, there is the free Discovery Niagara Shuttle that you can jump on at the Aquarium of Niagara near the house. It will take you to the Niagara Falls Underground Railroad Heritage Center, Whirlpool State Park, Niagara Power Vista, Artpark, Lewiston Waterfront, as well as Old Fort Niagara in Youngstown. There are also plenty of trails to hike or bike nearby, and Reddy Bikeshare racks just a block away. Avoid the hassle and cost of parking your car in the city, and instead stay at our place and enjoy the area on foot.
A Unique Lodging Experience
For some of you this may be your first time to a bed & breakfast, and the experience much like visiting family in the area with the opportunity to enjoy this recently renovated American Craftsman-style Foursquare home built circa 1910. Our neighbors are a mix of residents, several vacation rentals, another bed & breakfast, and then only a few blocks away downtown Niagara Falls. There may be a few other guests staying in the house during your stay, each with a unique story and just as excited to explore one of the many attractions, cultural festivals and events in the area. It is our pleasure to provide you a home cooked breakfast at the start of each morning, cozy sitting areas throughout the first floor to relax and recharge your batteries throughout the day, as well as comfortable accommodations to ensure you get a good night's sleep.
