The breakfast was simply amazing-a perfect balance of healthy and fulfilling food. The home was visually appealing and neat as a pin. Attention to detail at every turn. We thought our destination was to see Niagara Falls, not realizing our true destination was to the quality experience and hospitality of the Butler House. We look forward to returning again!

Although we only stayed one night the atmosphere, hospitality, and food was ALL without fault. Jamie and Dan are incredible hosts!!!

We stayed 6 nights and had the most beautiful breakfast each morning. The special added touches and genuine hospitality make The Butler House the perfect example of a great B&B. Amazing First Experience at a BNB! We stayed in the Falls Room, named as such because at night you can hear Niagara Falls from the bedroom! We were served different dishes all five days that we stayed there and each one was delicious! We also enjoyed all of the personal touches that went into the dish presentation, bedroom setup, and overall experience. Will definitely choose to stay at The Butler House again next time we visit Niagara Falls!

My husband and I stayed at the Butler House with a group of our friends. This was our first time staying at a bed and breakfast and Jamie and Dan have certainly set the bar! From the first moment at check in, Jamie and Dan were there to greet us like we were old friends. You can tell that they have poured their heart and soul into making this an experience that families and couples will not soon forget. I want to go tell everyone I know about this peace of heaven in Niagara Falls!

If you're looking for the best Bed & Breakfast in Niagara Falls, look no further! Dan and Jamie set the bar for a bed and breakfast after our stay. We stayed here with another couple for 3 nights and we all can't stop talking about it. The house is immaculate, and we always felt very comfortable. And you can't forget about the breakfast! Each day we were treated with a sweet and savory dish that blew any restaurant out of the water. We can't wait to come back and visit again!

The location is ideal for a visit to the Falls. The house is well decorated and everything was beautiful. The owners are great people, very social, but give you your space without asking. The food they prepared for breakfast showed professional chef level skill. I stayed in the room with the king sized bed and it was very comfortable. I fell asleep when I only meant to take a nap... so set an alarm if you have somewhere to be (lol). I loved the experience and will definitely visit the place again should I wish to revisit Niagara Falls.

I have never felt having so much joy for just staying in one place before I stepped in The Butler House Bed and Breakfast. Thanks for the hospitality of Dan and Jamie. Dan and Jaimie go the mile to create an unforgettable experience for their guests. The room was spotless, bed luxurious, and furnishings charming. Every day is a 2 course plated breakfast, cooked just in time of your chosen dining time, made from locally sourced ingredients. The breakfast alone would run at least $50 for two if you had this meal out. Book this property with zero hesitation to make for a truly unique visit to Niagara Falls, NY.

The Butler House is a great place to stay when visiting the Niagara Falls area. Dan and Jamie are amazing and the house is peaceful and calm. It was the first bed and breakfast my girlfriend and I had ever stayed in and they made it so enjoyable.

Dan and Jamie were fantastic hosts! They did an excellent job remodeling the place, and we enjoyed the amenities. The two-course breakfast was delicious, and left us full until dinner giving us plenty of time to explore the local attractions. Definitely check this place out if you’re visiting the area.

My wife and I just spent our first anniversary at the Butler House. It was such an amazing experience. The host Dan and Jaime made us feel right at home. The breakfast each morning was such a rare treat. We will be staying at the Butler house again in the near future.

The Butler House B&B is a short walking distance from Niagara Falls. The room was very clean and comfortable. The hostess really pays attention to detail. All the decors are tastefully done. The hostess is very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were wonderful and delicious. Great cooker, Dan! Highly recommended! We will go back!

My husband and I stayed at the Butler House over Memorial Day weekend; the price was very reasonable given the holiday weekend. The reservation and payment system was automated and easy to use. We stayed in the Regatta Room, which had its own sunporch; it was a nice room to hang out in after a long day at Niagara Falls. Our room was exceptionally clean and the bedding was really comfortable. The 2-course breakfasts were amazing and very filling. They made a special version of the gourmet breakfast to accommodate my dietary preferences, which I very much appreciated. Dan and Jamie were excellent hosts - very welcoming, friendly, and attentive. Their attention to detail was impressive. We would definitely recommend staying the Butler House.

Loved the hearty, delicious breakfast, including red, white and blue waffles on the 4th! The location was great, close to the Falls and a lovely walking/biking path by the aquarium. Dan and Jamie were excellent hosts, very warm and informative. We enjoyed everything about our stay.

Class, Comfort, and Care. I loved that the house had a classic, but comfortable vibe, and that Dan and his wife Jamie were incredible hosts. We were on our honeymoon, and they made our time there really special with courtesy and the sweetest little details!

My wife and I just spent a 4 night vacation at The Butler House to celebrate our 25th Wedding Anniversary. The Butler House is what you hope all of your Bed and Breakfast experiences will be like. We loved the property. The area felt very safe, the room was really comfortable, and I will truly miss the early morning coffee on the front porch swing. The owners are truly wonderful and we considered them friends from the very start. They put forth every effort to ensure our stay was perfect. The breakfast was really great! Even with the 9+ hour drive each way, we can see a return trip in the future, maybe once the Canadian side of the Falls opens up. :) Thank you Butler House!

Delightful! The details Dan and Jamie put into hosting a Bed and Breakfast is evident from the moment you enter the house...not to mention the details on their web page that help you plan every moment. The breakfast of two courses is excellent as are the sweet afternoon treats. From the moment you meet them, Dan and Jamie show you they are ready to help you in any way they can to have an amazing trip. Excellent!

Without a doubt, the BEST place to stay in Niagara Falls!! Dan and Jamie have done a beautiful job of remodeling a lovely large older house. The B&B is on a street of older homes that is wonderfully quiet - parking is not a problem. You are actually in walking distance of the State Park, if you prefer not to take your car. The decor is really lovely - everything is done with so much attention to detail! Our room was very spacious and comfortable. Dan and Jamie are WONDERFUL hosts - warm and hospitable. And they serve a lovely and VERY ample breakfast (we actually took some with us to eat later, as we couldn't possibly eat that much first thing). We loved our trip to Niagara Falls and especially the Butler House!

Absolutely Remarkable B & B! My husband and I stayed at The Butler House Bed and Breakfast in early August 2021. Dan and Jamie are amazing! Upon arrival they immediately greeted us with smiles and welcomed us into their home. They spent some time with us prior to taking us to our room. Our room was very comfortable and clean. I loved the small detail of the blanket folded into a bow tie to coincide with the name of the B & B. The breakfast were delicious along with very filling. We didn't need to eat anything else until dinner time. Dan and Jamie are just good people and always made sure we were well fed and taken care of from beginning to end. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay in your gorgeous home and Niagara Falls.

Dan and Jamie were wonderful! They made sure we were comfortable and were always there to answer any questions that we had. Breakfast was extraordinary! Jamie served a 2 course home cooked breakfast every morning that was amazing. And their coffee was fabulous. The room was comfortably cozy. The inn's location was very convenient and we were able to walk to all the attractions including the Falls.

Wow! We have traveled the world and love to stay in B&B’s. The Butler House was one of the best we have ever encountered. The B&B is beautifully decorated, the rooms are comfortable and roomy. Dan and Jamie are the epitome of hospitality. Dan’s 2 course breakfasts are to die for, especially the bagel and cream cheese casserole. You could not find a better place to stay anywhere in upstate New York.

Breakfasts were exceptionally delicious and plentiful! Always had both a savory and sweet dish. The Butler House was a walkable distance to the falls so didn’t have to pay for parking. Dan and Jamie were very personable and gave us tips on fun places to visit and good local places to eat. Bed was a bit firm but it was comfortable.

Dan and Jamie and their beautiful B&B are the perfect way to visit Niagara Falls! Our room was comfortably furnished, updated but true to the era of the home. Little touches made the stay special, like the little "bowtie" blanket arrangement on our bed and an evening snack from a local bakery provided each day. Dan and Jamie are outstanding hosts and the house in beautiful. Our stay exceeded any B&B experience I've ever had. Here are some of the things we especially appreciated: individual climate control in each room, continual access to clean high-quality linens and towels, comfortable mattresses, 24/7 beverage service, great conversation and suggestions for sightseeing, and quick response to any need no matter how large or small. The house is located on a beautiful street with great neighbors, plenty of parking and easy access to local sights. So relaxing! I recommend this B&B as a top-level choice. We loved every minute of our stay here.

One of the very few extraordinary place we've have ever visited in our life. The experience is out of this world! I would like to personally thank to Dan and Jamie, they are wonderful. The Butler House is the place to stay in Niagara Falls for convenience, comfort and a delicious breakfast to start your day. This was our first trip to NY and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Dan and Jamie are the perfect hosts, providing a safe "home away from home", tips for things to do and places to eat, as well as interesting conversations. Look no further!!! The Butler House was a lovely B&B for our weekend getaway to Niagara Falls. Jamie and Dan are super hosts. They provided lots of helpful information to identify tours and book dinner reservations. We booked the Regatta room with its lovely private sun porch. It was the perfect respite in between taking in the sights. The Butler House is conveniently located to the sights of the Falls on both the US and the Canadian sides.

Beautiful and immaculate B and B! The cleanliness and attention to detail are evident and appreciated. The owners Jaime and Dan couldn't be nicer and the breakfasts are amazing!!! Dan and Jamie, were wonderful hosts! We loved every breakfast we ate. They always served 2 courses, sweet and savory! Their home is impeccably kept. Jamie loves the color blue and has used it in such an artful way. Loved the fact they used an automatic deadbolt for us to come and go as we pleased. The Butler house is close.to everything by foot, alleviating expensive parking. We stayed 5 nights and were so glad not to be in a hotel setting! My husband loved the sweet treats every evening in the living room, which we enjoyed on the beautiful front porch!

Fantastic!! Beautifully quiet location within walking distance of the Falls. No rush of tourists. A very warm welcome by enthusiastic, service-oriented and facility-oriented hostesses. You can relax on the veranda or in the living room. Delicious and varied breakfast, and all facilities (including coffee) can be used. Parking in front of the door was also practical. Highly recommended!!

Would definitely stay here again, we had a great trip! The house and the street it’s on are adorable, we loved staying here. The next block over is a bit of a rough area, but once we knew our way around the city we felt more comfortable.

Highly recommend for a quiet, welcoming trip to Niagara; quickly felt like home! The Regatta Room with extra seating on the porch was ideal for us. Breakfasts were delicious! Dan and Jaimie were friendly and easy to contact. Their attention to details made the experience special and comfortable--great beds, plush towels that smelled terrific, fresh flowers, plenty of cold bottled water, choices of hot beverages for the Keurig, and lots of seating options downstairs.

The hosts Dan and Jamie Craig are wonderful hosts for this small B&B. They are very knowledgeable about the area which is convenient to the American and Canadian Falls. You can walk to the Falls and dining spots from the Inn. We had a two night stay and wished that we had booked an extra day. There's so much to do in the area in addition to the Falls. Breakfast was great and they make certain you are full for the day! Highly recommend!

This was our first time to Niagara and I’m so glad we chose The Butler House for our stay. It is a beautiful, cozy, spacious house located on a lovely, quiet street within walking distance of the Falls. Our hosts, Dan and Jaime, are the best! They really know how to pamper their guests. Three days when The Butler House felt like home. Beautiful place inside and out. Newly redone with attention to details that carried a wonderful decorating theme throughout the home. Very easy walk to the falls and some really good restaurants not that you wanted more than a light snack for lunch. Breakfast was a delight and you wanted to eat it all. We would not want lunch until 2:00 PM. Would love to stay again if we are in the area. Thank you Jamie and Dan!

My boyfriend Scott and I stayed at the Butler House for a surprise birthday away for him. Dan and Jamie were so welcoming and friendly when we arrived. They told us about an adorable little town that we fell in love with called Lewiston, and we went to Youngstown to check out Old Fort Niagara. The food was amazing! Dan does a great job coming up with a sweet and a savory choice every morning!! We would definitely stay at the Butler House again, thank you Dan and Jamie for having such a beautiful place to stay, and for being such great hosts while we were there!

Great B&B In A Great Location. Clean, convenient and convivial. We'd never been to Niagara Falls and chose to stay on the USA side because it's quieter and less touristy. That was an excellent decision. Butler House is within easy walking distance of the Rainbow Bridge, and it's worth walking to avoid the automobile backup for customs. The breakfast each morning is delicious. The neighborhood is quiet, and we enjoyed weather conducive to sitting on the front porch for coffee in the morning and cocktails before dinner.

The Butler House was a trip back in time. Old-fashioned hospitality that looks you in the eyes and really wants to know how you are and what you need. Relaxed atmosphere that encourages you to share your vacation plans so they can provide local knowledge to make the experience even better. They are truly caring people that want your experience to be the best. The house has been reborn throughout and "restored" to better than new. This beautiful house is immaculate and radiates the happiness of its owners, Jamie and Dan. We stayed 3 days and breakfast was different, unique, sumptuous, and plentiful each morning. Every evening the hostess laid out sweet treats and beverages for us in the parlor. Both the living room and the dining room encourage personal interaction and visitors shared their experiences. We felt that we had made friends.

Perfect stay. Jamie and Dan were perfect hosts! They were very welcoming and I enjoyed my stay immensely. Coffee and treats out every afternoon were a treat after sightseeing. I had to leave very early in the morning to get the train and they very kindly packed a lovely breakfast bag to go. Room was very comfortable and bed was so comfy. location is great.

Jamie & Dan we're amazing hosts. Bed was comfy, bathroom usual size for a B&B, plenty of space in the room for luggage. AC good temp, coffee Keurig in the parlor. Sweet treats left to crave a sweet tooth every night, water in cooler available to take. Breakfasts were 2 courses: sweet & savory. Bagel casserole so good we're exchanging breakfast recipes. Like the fact no kids & no pets permitted. Owners so friendly & such a pleasure to get to know & talk to, will stay in touch via FB. I've stayed at quite a few B&B's... This was one of the best I have stayed at: hands down.

My wife and I were attending a family reunion in upper state NY and decided to take a few days to visit Niagara Falls. We were so very pleased with our experience. Our host, Jamie, met us at the front door with a smile and welcoming words. The home was recently renovated and is simply beautiful. Room was very nice and comfortable. We slept comfortably. As other reviewers had written, breakfast was generous and absolutely delicious. We appreciated how Jamie interacted with all the guests. She is a gracious host! Overall a high point on our Niagara Falls adventure!

We traveled back to the Niagara Falls area to visit family and found the Butler House to be just what we needed to enhance our experience. Dan and Jamie have done a great job renovating the house and were the perfect hosts. In addition to the great breakfasts, it was nice to come back to the house after a day of activities and enjoy the treats they shared. Stylish, cozy, comfortable, elegant, neat, friendly, exceptional quiet, nobly lofty teste of the owner... cannot find other words to express my memory of stay in The Butler House BnB. A historical house with fine Art Deco interior gave us similar stay experience as a Four Seasons or Ritz Carlton. Thanks to Jamie and Dan‘s hospitality for our 3 nights stays. You’re breakfast, tour suggestions and recommend dinning places are supreme! The Butler House definitely raises the bar of BnB standard!

Wow, what a lovely place to stay. Open house, great breakfast, afternoon delights with a lovely Verandah for guests to enjoy. The rooms are well appointed and very clean and comfortable. Great location, 15-20 minutes walk to the Rainbow Bridge and the Canadian border. Dan and Jamie are great hosts with help and information. I would definitely recommend this place,100%.

Immaculate B&B. We stayed 3 days at The Butler House and absolutely loved it. The home is beautiful and the owners were great. The bed was extremely comfortable and the linens were high quality. The breakfasts were absolutely delicious. We stayed in The Old Town room with the bath across the hall but it was no problem at all and was very private. Highly recommend.

A really recommendable accommodation. Very friendly and helpful hosts. Great, spacious rooms. There is homemade and very delicious breakfast every day. Particularly warm people. Thanks to Jamie and Dan :) In the living room there is coffee and water, always homemade pastries and fruit. Niagara Falls are also within great walking distance.

I delightful weekend that felt like we were visiting friends. The home is very comfortable and welcoming. Jamie & Dan were wonderful hosts. The grounds were beautiful with water feature with a koi pond in the back in the back yard.

Such a wonderful stay had at The Butler House and the most amazing breakfasts. Recently came back from a trip to Niagara with my husband. We stayed in the Regatta Room which was beautiful and very comfortable. Jamie and Dan were amazing hosts and gave us plenty of suggestions of what to do in the area and where to eat. Such a wonderful experience from beginning to end. We were treated so incredibly well. Our flight was delayed overnight, so we missed a night and were late for breakfast the next morning. This Bed and Breakfast is one of the best in this area. It is located close to the Niagara Falls park. This older home is very well kept, owners are very friendly, rooms are comfortable and the breakfast is delicious. I will definitely repeat.

Jamie and Dan are the most amazing, personable and engaging hosts. We really enjoyed our time during breakfast when they both would come out of the kitchen and just visit with us. We stayed in the Old Town Room and although not big, it was warm, clean and nice! Breakfasts were plentiful and delicious every morning, with a different menu every day. Highly recommended!

You will fall in love with this B&B! The house is beautiful and charming, and very close to Niagara Falls. Breakfast was amazing and it was nice to meet other guests from all over. It was an amazing stay!

Jamie and Dan were great hosts! Very welcoming and accommodating! The breakfast was something different every day and always just as delicious. They are in a great location, within walking distance to the Falls! They also provided great recommendations for our stay and we’re just a delight to talk to and have as hosts. Character filled, spotlessly clean home, comfy bed and friendly hosts. An easy place to stay at. The cooked breakfasts were delicious. It was wonderful to try different dishes. We really appreciated the muffins and fresh fruit along with the hot drink availability throughout the day. The rooms we had access to oozed with character and were spotlessly clean. The linen smelt lovely. Jamie was friendly and very easy to talk to while Dan is an amazing cook.

Dan and Janie did an excellent job. We will definitely try to stay there again. The breakfast was fabulous. The meals were very well prepared and it was truly gourmet dining. The snacks were delicious as well.

Dan and Jamie could not have been nicer or more accommodating from check-in to check-out! Our room was spacious, super-clean and quiet. Their home is beautifully restored and welcoming (loved the front-porch swing!) with plenty of street-parking and lovely landscaping! We will definitely stay with Dan and Jamie again on our next trip to the area and thank them for a memorable stay!

A beautiful place to be spoiled and pampered. A peaceful setting with a relaxing front porch. Amazing breakfast prepared by Dan and yummy treats from a local bakery. They will accommodate you in every way. We met a wonderful couples passing through from Australia and Alabama. What a perfect place to getaway and truly relax while visiting Niagara Falls, NY.

The Butler House might be the best Bed and Breakfast we've ever stayed at. Dan and Jamie are the consummate hosts. They were especially accommodating of our late night arrival and early morning departure. Our room was very comfortable and quiet, and the breakfasts are out of this world! We stayed six nights and enjoyed every minute of it. This was truly a 5 star experience!

Dan makes you feel like you are in your own home. The breakfast they prepare are amazing very delicious and healthy.

Each morning amidst the pleasant aroma of Dan preparing breakfast, Karen and I grabbed a cup of coffee and headed to the swing on the front porch to await his two-course offering - something savory and something sweet. Great way to start your day! Jamie's engaging personality and willingness to share created an atmosphere that encouraged the guests to get to know each other as well.
